6. Every tuber will have a visible eye, neck and body. Please inspect tuber on arrival and notify me within 10 days if you see a problem.

8. According to ADA, 87% of all dahlias will test positive for at least one virus, I have a licensed nursery and I’m inspected by the Washington State Dept of Ag for plant health, I practice a strict culling practice and uses sanitary practices.
