2. Shipping will be the month of April as soon as weather permits

3. Once order is placed, there are no changes, or cancellations Once order is placed. 

4. I will combine shipping. Once initial order is placed you will receive an e-mail with a discount   code for free combined shipping. If you originally have a small USPS flat rate box and you  need up scale up to the medium box and adjustment will be made and you will receive an invoice for the difference.

7. Not responsible for tuber death due to improper storage, poor growing conditions, pest or animal damage, poor plant performance or virus transmission

8.  According to ADA, 87% of all dahlias will test positive for at least one virus, I have a licensed nursery and am inspected by the Washington State Dept of Ag for plant health.
